关于启动2025年外籍教师职称评聘工作的通知(Notice on the Promotion of Professional Titles for Foreign Teachers in 2025)

各单位:

为发挥外籍教师在我校教学、科研和人才培养工作中的重要作用,推动国际化鲜明的一流特色研究型大学建设,学校决定启动2025年外籍教师职称评聘工作,现将有关事项通知如下:

一、政策要求

(一)关于时间节点

专业技术人才申报职称的资历(任职年限)、业绩成果、论文等截止时间均为20241231

(二)关于资格条件

按照《南京信息工程大学外籍教师专业技术职务评审与聘用办法 (试行)》(附件1)执行。

(三)关于申报对象

符合我校评审条件且拟于2025年申报职称(含讲师、副教授、教授三个级别)的在职外籍教师。

(四)关于教学工作量、教学水平认定

根据《南京信息工程大学外籍教师专业技术职务评审与聘用办法 (试行)》(附件1)有关规定,申报人员须经教务处审核教学工作量,且由学校教师发展与教学评估中心认定教学水平为相应等级方可申报教学工作量、教学水平等级不符合评审条件的,不再进行后续程序。

(五)关于师德师风

院部组织师德师风考核,考核达不到要求的,实行一票否决制度。

三、工作要求

(一)个人须于425日前报送二级单位的材料:

请申报人员按以下要求准备材料,纸质材料仅提交复印件,(1-9)按材料顺序分别装订,最后一起用燕尾夹装订成册。

1)外籍教师职称申报报名表(附件4

2)职称证书或职称文件(没有就不提交)

3)学历、学位证书

4)两位以上国内外同行教授推荐信(仅申报教授者提交)

5)论文、专著、项目、获奖等业绩情况证明材料

6论文全文复印件及科技查新检索报告原件。论文必须正式出版,检索报告须包括论文出版时间、收录情况、分区情况,论文请按照报名表填写顺序依次摆放。

7)报名费用转账截图(电子+纸质打印)

(二)二级单位相关要求:

1)二级单位审核人按照职称文件(附件1)和工作通知,严格审核申报人员的各项申材料,确保申报材料真实准确、规范齐全,凡不符合规定要求的,一律不得审核通过。

2)组织师德师风考核。

3)院部须于510日前报送师资科的纸质材料:

各申报人员用燕尾夹装订成册的(1-9)附件。院部对照原件审核,确定无误后,在每份复印件上注明“与原件相符”,并加盖公章。

外籍教师职称申报报名表(附件4)。院部审核并填写好相关数量,单位负责人签署意见、签字并加盖单位公章。同时报送电子版邮箱teachingstaff@nuist.edu.cn

③论文全文复印件及科技查新检索报告原件。论文首页加盖公章,同时将申报人姓名、署名单位用彩色记号笔标记出来。

④汇总表(附件2。院部审核并汇总,纸质版须加盖单位公章及单位负责人签字,汇总表单独一页。同时报送电子版邮箱teachingstaff@nuist.edu.cn

4请各院部务必通知所有相关人员及时做好准备,并按时提交报名材料。所有申报材料概不退还,请自备底稿,逾期未报,不予受理。未通过院部报名审核、师德师风考核人员不再进行后续程序。

四、评审费用

校内评审费400/人。申报人须将费用通过网上银行或者网络支付方式转账至学校账户(户名:南京信息工程大学;账号:10115401040000228;开户行:中国农业银行股份有限公司南京市盘城支行),转账时务必注明“XX学院(部)xx正高(副高、讲师)评审费”,并把转账截图报至院部。

五、其他说明

(一)申请人务必对自己提交的申报材料负责,确保材料真实无误,如有材料弄虚作假行为,3年内不得申报。请各院部认真对照职称文件,做好院部材料初审工作。

(二)各院部审核汇总后,于510日下班前统一将1套纸质材料报送至人事处师资科(行政楼618室),其中汇总表须单位负责人签字,并加盖公章。电子材料(外籍教师职称申报报名表、汇总表、职称评审费转帐截图)由院部汇总后发至邮箱teachingstaff@nuist.edu.cn

 

 

 

Notice on the Promotion of Professional Titles for Foreign Teachers in 2025

 

In order to give full play to the important role of foreign teachers in teaching, scientific research and talent cultivation work, and to promote the construction of a first-class research-oriented university with distinctive international characteristics, the university has decided to launch the promotion of professional titles for foreign teachers in 2025. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Policy Requirements

1. Period

The deadline for all achievements used for professional titles application is December 31, 2024, including qualifications (years of service at NUIST), performance achievements, and academic papers.

2. Qualification Conditions

Abide by Measures on Promotion of Professional and Technical Titles for Foreign Teachers of NUIST (Trial)  ( Appendices I ).

3. Applicants

Foreign teachers who are qualified and willing to apply for professional titles (including Lecturer, Associate professor and Professor) in 2025.

4.Recognition of Teaching Workload and Teaching Quality Evaluation

According to the relevant provisions in Measures on Promotion of Professional and Technical Titles for Foreign Teachers of NUIST (Trial)  (Appendices I), applicants shall be reviewed by Teaching Affairs Office for teaching workload, and the teaching quality must be recognized by the school's Teacher Development and Teaching Evaluation Center as the corresponding level before application.

5. Teacher Ethics

The school organizes an assessment of the applicant’s teaching ethics and conduct. If the applicant fails in any assessment, he/she will be deprived of the application right.

III. Other requirements

1. Applicants are required to submit documents to their schools before April 25th

Please prepare the documents according to the following requirements. Photocopies should be bound together with a clip in the order from (1) - (9).

(1)  Application Form (Appendices IV)

(2)  Professional title certificate or substitute document (if available)

(3)  Degree certificate and Highest degree diploma ( shall be verified from Chinese embassy or China education administration, here is the recommended website: http://zwfw.cscse.edu.cn/ )

(4)  Recommendation letters from at least two domestic or foreign peer professors (only for professor applicants)

(5) Supporting documents of achievements including papers, monographs, projects, awards, etc

(6) Photocopies of academic papers and the original hardcopy of Paper Retrieval. The paper must be officially published, and the Paper Retrieval shall show the publication time, inclusion status, and zone level of the paper. Please place the paper copies in the order listed in the application form.

2. Related requirements for schools:

(1) Relevant schools shall strictly review the qualification of applicants.

(2) Organize teachers’ ethics and conduct assessments.

(3) Submit all required documents to HR Department before May 10th

 

IV. Review fees

The review fee is 400 yuan/person. The applicant shall transfer the fees to the university account(Account Name: 南京信息工程大学; Account Number: 10115401040000228; Bank of Account: 中国农业银行股份有限公司南京市盘城支行When transferring the funds, please attach your name, school and the applied professional title, and submit a screenshot of the transfer to the school.

 

V. others

1. Applicants are responsible for the application materials submitted, ensuring that they are authentic and accurate. If there is any fraud in the materials, the applicant will be prohibited from applying for professional titles in the following 3 years. Schools should do the preliminary review of departmental materials carefully in accordance with the Measures.

2. Schools need to submit all required documents to HR Department (Room 618, Administrative Building) before May 10th and send the required electronic materials to this email address (teachingstaff@nuist.edu.cn).
